The Monkey Cake

I came up with this great idea to make a monkey cake. However, I needed to call my dear friend who knows a little more about this than me. So I called Angie and we had a baking party on Friday night. It was a late night. But it was so neat to learn lots of cake tricks. There is a class that you can take at Michael's Craft store that teaches you how to make awesome cakes. Now I am very motivated to take the class, thanks to Angie. So anyways, the cake turned out so cute. I was well pleased with the results....thanks to Angelina:)

There was so many people who graced us with their presence on Hunter's Birthday. All of his grandparents (and he does have a lot) came. His aunts, uncles, and cousins were there and some friends. He also got a sweet visit from his brother and sister: Maddie and Jared. He ran out to hug them when they came to the house. It brought tears to my eyes. Hunter is so very blessed and loved. We thank God for all He has done in His sovereign plan. Thank you for everybody's love!!!

And I quote

Every night we get together on Hunter's rug and we pray. Lately Elyse has wanted to pray. So tonight she prayed..."Jesus, I want new shoes Jesus. Amen."

I could of cried.
